Tour times and availability are subject to change.
Any quoted fees or inclusions are indicative only until confirmed in writing during enrolment or booking.
3. Fees, invoices and Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Any fees displayed on the Site are provided as a guide and may change.
If you may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS), your entitlement is assessed and administered by Services Australia and depends on your circumstances. CCS information on this Site is general and you should confirm your position with Services Australia.
4. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a tour or appointment request, please let us know as soon as possible.
We may apply a cancellation policy for late cancellations or no-shows (we will communicate this clearly if it applies).
